We gladly welcome demo submissions, in fact many of the artists who's work we have released were discovered through CDs we received. However, please bear in mind the following considerations before sending a demo:
We only accept demo submissions in CD format. Time permitting we'll listen to MP3s hosted online, however, please do not send us MP3s by email. Our server is configured to reject emails with MP3s attached, so emailing us MP3s means we won't receive your submission.
Please do some research before asking us to consider your material. Is what you're sending appropriate for release on Fällt? We've always made a feature of making MP3s available at Fällt so there is plenty of material for you to listen to and consider before sending your work.
After a two year hiatus we already have our foreseeable release schedule planned (certainly throughout 2007), however, if we like what you send we'll let you know and ask you to keep us posted.
We receive a huge number of demo submissions. We listen to everything at least once, but we simply do not have the time to respond to each and every submission. If you don't hear from us please don't think we're being rude.
Label your CD clearly with your name and email address - not just the package, but the CD itself. CDs are often separated from their packaging unintentionally and without a name on the CD we'll be unable to contact you if we're interested.
